• WhatsApp and messaging information necessary to provide messaging and automation services, including phone numbers, message content, message status, timestamps, templates and contact information.
• Information made available through Meta products when a customer connects a WhatsApp Business Account or uses Meta onboarding features, including business account identifiers, WhatsApp Business Account identifiers, phone number identifiers and authorization information.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, security logs and application activity.

2. How We Use Information

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide, operate, maintain and improve our services.
• Connect and manage WhatsApp Business accounts and messaging services requested by customers.
• Send and receive messages on behalf of authorized businesses.
• Provide automation, chatbot, campaign, reporting and customer-support functionality.
• Authenticate accounts, prevent fraud and protect our systems.
• Communicate service-related information.
• Comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

3. Meta and WhatsApp Platform Data

When you connect a Meta or WhatsApp Business account, we may process information made available through Meta’s platform for the functionality requested by the business. We do not sell Meta Platform Data.

4. WhatsApp Contacts and Messages

A business using our service is responsible for ensuring that it has the necessary rights, permissions, notices and lawful basis to upload contacts and send communications. We process contact and message information to provide the requested service.

5. Sharing of Information

We may use service providers for hosting, infrastructure, security, communications, support and other necessary business operations. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, systems or property.
